Table Top Exhibition

Cost: 1000 € (Euro) excl. VAT. A sponsorship contract is required. Each representative has to be registered to the conference.

The Table Top Exhibition includes:

  • Table-top exhibition will be available in the poster-session room to display your products during the whole workshop.
  • Table size: 1 m x 1.8 m.
  • There will be a 3 minute introduction presentation at the beginning of the meeting.

The earliest installation is possible Sunday, June 26th, 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. or Monday, June 27th, 7 a.m. until 9 a.m. The latest dismantling is Thursday, June 30th until 7 p.m.

Sponsorship Opportunity

BEER & BRETZEL EVENT

Cost: 1000 € (Euro) excl. VAT. A sponsorship contract is required.

Sponsor a beer and pretzel event during the poster session of the workshop.

This includes:

  • The sponsored event will be entitled to the sponsor.
  • Sponsorship will be printed on the Official Workshop Program (e.g. on the Official Workshop Program we will print “Beer & Pretzel event sponsored by XYZ” ).
  • The logo will be published on SPW2011 Sponsorship-webpage and on the Official Announcement.
  • Hand-out to all participants of your literature.
  • There will be a 3 minute introduction presentation at the beginning of the meeting.

COFFEE BREAK

Cost: 500 € (Euro) excl. VAT. A sponsorship contract is required.

Sponsor a coffee break during the workshop.

This includes:

  • The sponsored event will be entitled to the sponsor.
  • Sponsorship will be printed on the Official Workshop Program (e.g. on the Official Workshop Program we will print “Coffee break sponsored by XYZ”).
  • The logo will be published on SPW2011 Sponsorship-webpage and on the Official Announcement.
  • Hand-out to all participants of your literature.
  • There will be a 3 minute introduction presentation at the beginning of the meeting.
